长期从事超大质量黑洞及活动星系核相关研究，博士生导师。开展人工智能与大规模时域巡天相结合的超大质量黑洞物理性质研究，利用机器学习和多波段时域观测数据研究超大质量黑洞质量、吸积性质及活动星系核光变特征。同时开展高红移类星体、大质量黑洞潮汐撕裂事件以及银道面类星体搜寻等研究。与国内外相关领域同行保持长期良好的科研合作关系。已发表SCI论文30余篇。2021年被认定为“鹏城孔雀计划”C类人才。目前主持在研国家自然科学基金项目和深圳市自然科学基金面上项目。
